Refund Policy

 

Thank you for purchasing a vending machine from  [Company Name]  . Due to the large-scale precision nature of this equipment, please read the following terms carefully. We adhere to the principle of customer first and integrity first, and are committed to building a good reputation. The following is a detailed description of how to handle returns or exchanges. This policy is valid for 30 working days from the date of delivery.

Return Window

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the equipment. After 30 days, we will be unable to provide return or exchange services.

Refund and Exchange Conditions

Due to the special nature of the product, it is an equipment product, and we usually do not support returns but warranty. However, our refund policy covers the following reasons, which can be refunded or exchanged:

1.  Product quality problems and cannot be repaired;

2.  Wrong goods are sent;

3.  Goods are lost due to our logistics problems or force majeure such as natural disasters.

Non-refundable or exchange conditions

1.  Products damaged by customer misuse, improper handling or improper maintenance;

2.  Goods are lost due to providing the wrong delivery address;

3.  Wrong order is placed due to personal reasons of the customer.

We do not accept returns or refunds due to the above situations.

Return Process

We do not accept self-directed returns without prior communication. Please follow these steps:

1: Submit Application

Contact the salesperson or official customer service who placed the order via Email: info@hahavendingstore.com  or   Phone/WhatsApp: +1 213-938-0945 . Explain the reason for the return or refund and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Equipment photos (to confirm the equipment is intact)

2: Wait for Review

We will review the return and refund request requested by the customer (processing time: within 48 hours). We will reply with the review result and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form within  2 working days .

3: Packaging Requirements

Equipment must remain in its original condition and be packaged in the original factory wooden crate. If the original packaging is damaged, you must custom-order a wooden crate that meets export shipping standards.

4: Logistics Arrangement

  • We will assist you in scheduling LTL trucking company pickup, or
  • You may arrange your own logistics provider (you must provide the tracking number to us)

5: Provide Refund Account

The customer provides a refund account.

6: Refund Issuance

We will issue a refund within 48 hours after receiving the return.

Return Address

All equipment must be returned to our production base/warehouse for inspection:

  • Consignee: [Company Name/Returns Department]
  • Address: [China - Specific Province, City, District, Street, Number]
  • Postal Code: [Postal Code]
  • Contact Phone: [Phone Number]

Important Note: The "shipping place" address is different from the address of our return acceptance center. You cannot return the item by sending it to the shipping address on the package. All returns must be mailed to the above China address.

Fees & Charges

Returns of large-scale commodities involve expensive logistics costs. Please confirm before placing an order:

Other Fees:

  • We do not charge for return or exchange.
  • If you return or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refund Timeline

Inspection Stage: 

We will complete inspection within ** 5 working days** after receiving the returned equipment and confirming it does not affect resale.

Refund Processing:

After approval, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Usually within 7-14 working days (depending on your bank or payment service provider). Usually, the refund will be deposited into the refund account provided by the customer within 5-7 working days after we receive the goods. The time it takes for your refund to arrive will depend on the billing cycle of your payment gateway (such as the billing processing cycle of your credit card) or your financial institution. If we have issued a refund in the system, but the refund has not arrived in your account for more than 10 working days, please contact your payment method provider or financial institution for inquiries.

Replacement Policy:

Note: Customers can request a replacement before the package is shipped. After the package is shipped, the customer does not support the replacement. After receiving the package, the customer needs to return the package and place a new order. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Important Requirements

To ensure your return is successful, you must inform your contact salesperson or official customer service of your return needs before the return, and request detailed information such as the return authorization return address and return instructions. If you do not notify the customer service of your return request in advance, there will be a risk of the package being lost, and your return request will not be accepted (our mail room does not accept unnotified packages, and the original will be returned by courier or post office).
